Unless a merchant clearly offers another option, customers should collect completed prints from the selected shop. Collection timing, shop hours, packaging, and any locally arranged delivery are managed by that merchant.
Print Delivery in 10 min — Coming Soon
We are developing hyperlocal delivery for eligible shops, locations, order sizes, and operating hours. “10 min” is a product goal, not a current promise. Coverage, delivery fees, estimated times, courier details, and eligibility will be shown before payment when the service launches.
Delays and handover
Preparation or delivery estimates may be affected by file complexity, queue volume, printer faults, weather, traffic, address accuracy, building access, and customer availability. Customers must inspect packages and report missing or damaged items promptly.
No current shipping charge
Print Catalyst does not currently charge a platform shipping fee where platform delivery is unavailable. A merchant-arranged delivery charge, if any, must be communicated by the merchant before fulfilment.
