Do I need to buy kiosk hardware from Print Catalyst?
No. This page offers custom software for existing or planned kiosks. Print Catalyst's own kiosk hardware is coming soon and is not available for purchase through this page.
Will it work with every printer and kiosk?
Compatibility is checked before deployment. Share your operating system, printer models, installed drivers, paper sizes and network configuration with the developer. Unverified hardware is not promised to work.
Can customers upload by QR code or WhatsApp?
QR ordering opens the upload portal. Supported WhatsApp connections can accept documents and send an order link, subject to account permissions and messaging rules.
Can a kiosk print automatically after payment?
Eligible orders can be released after server-verified payment when the gateway, local agent, printer configuration and automation policy are ready. Operators can also retain manual approval.
