Information we collect
We may collect customer name, mobile number, WhatsApp profile information, uploaded documents, print preferences, order and payment status, and basic device or diagnostic information. Merchant accounts may additionally provide business name, email, phone, location, printer details, pricing, and payment configuration.
Uploaded files can contain personal or confidential information chosen by the customer. Customers should upload only documents they are authorised to print.
How we use information
We use information to receive and price documents, show previews, route orders to the selected merchant, process payment status, send order notifications, operate printer queues, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability.
Service providers and disclosure
Information is shared only as needed with the selected print merchant and infrastructure or communication providers that support the transaction, which may include AWS, WhatsApp/Meta, Razorpay or UPI/payment providers, and operational monitoring services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.
Documents and retention
Documents are retained only for the period reasonably required to complete the print order, handle failures or disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by merchant configuration and order status. Merchants are responsible for securely handling printed and downloaded copies in their possession.
Security
We use access-controlled portals, authenticated merchant dashboards, transport encryption, restricted storage, and operational safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security; users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance.
Children
Print Catalyst is not intentionally directed to children under 18. A parent, guardian, school, or authorised adult should supervise orders involving minors.
