Before printing starts
A customer may request cancellation before the merchant accepts or starts printing. If payment was captured and the order is successfully cancelled before production, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.
After printing starts
Once printing has started, an order generally cannot be cancelled because paper, ink, machine time, and operator time have already been committed. Change-of-mind refunds are not available for correctly produced customised prints.
Defective or incorrect prints
If the merchant prints the wrong document, quantity, colour mode, side setting, or paper configuration compared with the confirmed order, report it to the merchant promptly—preferably at collection and no later than 24 hours. The merchant may reprint or approve an appropriate refund after verification.
Customer-supplied files
Refunds are not normally available for issues already present in the uploaded file, including low resolution, incorrect orientation, blank pages, spelling errors, embedded margins, password protection, corruption, or colours that differ between a screen and physical printer.
Failed, duplicate, or reversed payments
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, first allow the bank or payment provider to complete its automatic reconciliation. Verified duplicate or failed-payment debits will be refunded to the original method. Bank processing commonly takes 5–7 business days after a refund is initiated, but the final timing is controlled by the bank or payment provider.
How to request a refund
Contact the selected merchant first and provide the order reference, payment reference, mobile number, issue description, and photographs of the received prints where relevant. For unresolved platform or payment-status problems, email printcatalyst.in@gmail.com. Do not email the original confidential document unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
Merchant responsibility
The merchant fulfils the physical print order and makes the initial quality determination. Print Catalyst facilitates ordering, configuration, queueing, and payment status; it may assist with evidence and reconciliation when a dispute involves the platform.
